在职场里，老板永远嫌利润少，员工永远嫌工资低，这是一对永久对立的矛盾，不可能消失，只能调和。唯一的解决办法就是你努力追求工资之外的东西。老板把你的劳动力当“商品”，希望你的性价比高；反过来你也可以把老板给你的职位当“商品”，追求它的性价比。你甚至可以换个角度，把职场当成一个大学校。在这个学校里，你交了一份学费，却可以任意选修其他专业的课，你是不是赚到了？所以说，你拿一份工资，却多做事，多学东西，早晚有一天会得到高额回报。
